Welcome to namantenthouse.com. By accessing our website or engaging Naman Tent House (“Naman Kiraya Bhandar”) for event tentage, mandap decor, German hangars, VIP furniture, or catering equipment rental services in Raipur and Chhattisgarh, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations

• All event bookings, equipment reserves, and mandap dates are confirmed upon mutual agreement and payment of an advance booking deposit.
• Cost estimates generated on this website via the online estimator tool serve as preliminary planning ranges and are subject to physical site measurement and final written confirmation.

2. Equipment Rental & Property Safety

• All rented equipment (German hangar aluminum trusses, catering bhattis, brass chafing dishes, chairs, sofas) remains the exclusive property of Naman Kiraya Bhandar.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe venue access and electrical power supply during event setup and teardown.

3. Limitation of Liability

Naman Tent House takes extreme care in site safety, weatherproofing, and structural anchoring. However, we shall not be held liable for event disruptions resulting from unannounced government venue restrictions or extreme acts of nature exceeding standard engineering tolerances.

4. Digital Engineering Disclaimer & SIPL Branding

This web application has been designed, developed, and deployed by SIPL (sipl.uk). SIPL functions solely as the technology provider. All operational event inquiries, service contracts, and equipment deliveries are handled independently by Naman Tent House management.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of service contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
